Studies examined the precise molecular mechanism of the anti inflammatory activity of cafes in terms of prostaglandin E(2) (PGE(2)) production, a critical factor involved in inflammatory responses.
ETHIOPIA COFFEE GROWING
This series of photography shoes the various stages of coffee cultivation, harvesting, storing and trading as it is practiced in Ethiopia.
Whilst we consume coffee in the west for 3-100 U.S.$ a cup, depending on type and location, the growers are hardly earning that amount in a hard days work.
Where is the justice here somebody may ask. If there was a concise answer. So the social injustices will continue at the expense of those who labour for meagre wages.
